Reiki Winnipeg - Can Reiki Help Me (part 1)?

Can Reiki help anyone who seeks transformation and healing of the body, mind, spirit and/or soul? You may also ask, "can Reiki help me with _______ ?" The answer is an unequivocal YES.

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Force Energy. Reiki is a simple system of natural healing that is used to reduce stress and tension and promote natural healing. Developed after many years of life experience, meditation and research by Dr Mikao Usui, traditional methods and attunements are still carried out today by practitioners who have been attuned to the Reiki Master/Teacher level energy.

Anyone can receive or learn to give a Reiki session because it works with individuals who are seeking transformation. Reiki works whether you belief in it or not. That is because the energy has no boundaries, unlike humans.

Reiki is a wonderfully calming, soothing method of releasing stress and a session usually takes about an hour. During this time the practitioner will gently place their hands in a sequence of positions which are designed to treat the person as a whole. The hand positions are non-intrusive and cover both the front and back of the body, although they sometimes concentrate on a particular area that requires extra treatment. The hands positions are either gently touching the body or may hover about 3 to 6 inches away. Some people prefer the no touch experience but this is rare. Most people do enjoy the more tactile approach. There is no massage or manipulation but you may notice feelings of warmth, tingling or coolness where the practitioner is working. After the treatment, people have reported significant improvements in their health and also feelings of wellbeing and total relaxation. Reiki is used to help with physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues. Reiki is used alongside traditional medical interventions and treatments, often reducing the side effects that may usually occur when receiving some kinds of treatment as well as speed up the recovery. It can also bring a sense of calmness and acceptance to terminally ill patients.

Reiki Energy

It's an amazingly simple and enjoyable technique to learn. Reiki is not taught in the usual way that we would learn something new, but is transferred to a student during a Reiki class. As a Reiki Master, Claude teaches the different symbols used in a Reiki session and shows how they are interconnected. Following the attunement the student can then "tap into" an unlimited supply of "Ki" or "life force energy" which they can then use on themselves, or to carry out sessions on others. Reiki can be taught to anyone who seeks an amazing new life.

Claude runs regular Reiki courses in both English and French in Canada. He offers courses from beginner Level 1 up to Usui Master, Karuna and Lightarian Reiki levels. The courses are simple, relaxed, and comprehensive. Reiki provides a wonderful opportunity for personal growth and development.
